Bought a Coast spa 6 years ago. 2 sides of panels fell off. The adhesive doesn't hold up to Texas heat. Control panel also shot. Only 1 of 2 pumps will work because of panel. Coast spa repair technian fixed one side of panels and after a year still has not got our control panel working. Now considering throwing this 10k investment away. Service is terrible.

Been about 6 mouths now sense I bought a new spa from these people. I had a motor that was over heating and would stop within 30 minutes. Was told so many times this was a safety thing. Took 2 months to explain and prove to them that's not true. Spa was scraped and damage during delivery. Still waiting on repair parts from that. Have two jets that keep blowing out. Still waiting on them. I have called and emailed them. They always say they are working on it. Don't deal with people you have been warned....

We recently purchased our hot tub and had it delivered right before Thanksgiving. They were super helpful and informative during our visits there. We had a great experience and absolutely love our new addition to the backyard! We highly recommend them!

We just bought a hot tub and had it delivered. The services and helpfulness of all the staff were wonderful and made our hot tub purchase and installation process an ease! The sales people were not nearly as pushy as other outfits we visited and so far the quality of the hot tub is amazing.

We are early in the process of picking out a hot-tub and stopped by the newly opened store. The assistant on staff gave us a lot of great information and pointers about hot tubs and things to consider, without being pushy for us to make a decision. I really respect their approach and it has made us want to support their brand.
