Extremely rude receptionist on the phone right now (Sunday morning). Cancelled my reservation because of her attitude. Management anytime pay attention.
What a nice hotel in Seattle. If your plan is to visit Seattle, this is your place to stay. The hotel is so nice, the rooms are so clean and have a lot of space. The bathroom has a self clean toilet and all the amenities. If you get access to the Lounge you will have a great time during the evenings and enjoy a hot breakfast. Definitely will stay here again! Stayed here with my wife for almost 6 days. Staff was extremely friendly and kind; they also helped with some issues we were having when we first arrived. Thank you Meryl for all your assistance during our stay!
