When I found out I didn't qualify for OHP because I made too much money I looked for a local office to find out how to get set up on an insurance plan that was in my budget. I went and talked to Natasha at Coast and she gave me all the information I needed to make the best decision for me, and when I decided on which plan to get she also helped me get everything set up. The people at this place are amazing. They will give their all to help the customers on what they want and what their needs are. Customer service is their number one priority.
I wouldn't do business with someone so extremely rude as Mr. Reiner was to me. People skills = an excellent 101 policy. There are some good books on it you can purchase through Amazon. Please do.
Coast Professional is amazing! Jacquelin provided excellent customer service, and answered ALL of my questions completely. I definitely recommend this place.
