We bought a headlamp for our small business, about 6 months ago, one of the clips holding onto the light broke. My husband called Coast Products and was told that the piece could not be replaced. But the customer service rep took a next stepped and reviewed the warranty on this produce, then proceeded to send us a replacement. I have not seen this level of customer service in years. It was refreshing, that we (the consumer) didn't have to inquire as to the warranty on their product.
