This company saved the day! While trying to procure hardware for a time critical project, they had everything I needed in stock, available for overnight shipping! When I called, Shawny was incredibly professional and helpful. They made a life long customer out of me.
One of the worst experiences I've had with an online store. I placed an order on a Friday, October 11th. The following Tuesday I hadn't heard anything so I contacted them about the order and they said their supplier had shipped the products and they would receive it Thursday, October 17th. Machine was down! Vince Campion went beyond job duties to look for a gasket not easy to find. Asked personnel for help until it was accomplished.
