You have to call if your gonna be 5 minutes late. Wasn't mentioned through email, but it mentioned there was a 2 hour gate. That's a lie. Lady at the front desk was friendly about it. Lady said standard procedure where I can reschedule online but I told her I would have to call them anyway to reschedule cause their system sucks in scheduling anything.
