The location of the hotel is handy for the lake and for getting into town. We had a room with a view of the lake and it was quiet and peaceful with none else walking by. The room was clean and tidy and had all the amenities that we needed. We did not request housekeeping but the staff were friendly and always willing to give us clean towels. The parking lot had enough space for all the guests at the hotel, though it maybe too small when the hotel is full. Sleazy and exploitative hidden fees and double charges -- check your credit card statement! We called and booked a pet-friendly room at a significant additional cost over a standard room. This was confirmed. We called again to confirm the room would be available as we were arriving late. The price was again confirmed. We arrived late in the evening after a long drive, and were informed by the desk clerk that there was an additional $25 pet fee that hadn't been disclosed anywhere on the website or in our previous conversation... read more

Great Place to Stay in Osoyoos. This hotel has everything you need for a relaxing vacation—clean rooms, friendly staff, and a great location. The beach was beautiful, and we loved the indoor pool. Only minor downside was that the breakfast was a bit basic, but that’s not a dealbreaker. Would absolutely return!

Staff were extremely friendly and accommodating. Manpreet was at the front desk and made our check-in easy and very welcoming! Thank you! Super clean room and convenient location. Easy parking. Pool was a hit too. Would come again.
