The room was the only good part of the stay beside the people above us making noise the entire day and night and we called staff and they did nothing at all, the pool towels had stains and food all over them
We stayed 1 night here in late October and had a fantastic stay. Friendly informative front desk fellow, got upgraded free of charge, great little breakfast with a pancake maker. Would definitely stay here again. Thank you from room # 216 J & Y - Victoria BC
Great location in beautiful Osoyoos! A sandy beach behind the property with stunning lake views, as well as across the street. Friendly service & staff, rooms and property are clean, except for the cobwebs in a window in the hallway. The room, mine having a kitchenette was a great option, with everything you need. Onsite pool with slide and hot tub, and complimentary Continental breakfast included- lots of carbs options, but only hard-boiled eggs for protein, but as a plus included hot brewed Starbucks every morning. Was surprisingly let down by this hotel and it was mainly due to a few things beyond the owner's control. When this building was designed, it created two corners that make an alcove of nasty smelling hot air as rooms are situated there and the ACs vent in to it. When it's 40 degrees out, leaving the upper floor hallway and out to the second floor's outer balcony, and leaving our room to swipe in to that indoor hallway, was not something my daughter and I looked forward to. Dishonest management. I booked for a night through booking.com but I didn't notice that I made a mistake of booking for 2025, I booked for the date in 2026. When I checked in, they didn't mention any of this and let me stay and kept a 100 damage deposit. When I checked out they only returned 30$ from the deposit that since I booked for 2026 they charged me a higher rate. Even if they mentioned it when I booked, I could have booked online with the same rate but they waited to tell me this until check-out.
