This dealership was the worst place I have ever been to. They ran my credit twice in the same day without asking me. They don't honor their agreement.

Do not buy a car from here ! They scammed me into a 2024 Nissan . I went to trade my car they lied about what they were going to do with my car that I wanted to trade after I had already purchased the new one which leaves me in a ridiculous amount of problems now having 2 cars & I was also pressured by the sales guy to get this car when I explained before that I would not want to get the car if it was going to affect me negatively which made him start lying about information on what they were going to do and he telling me th... read more

I bought a 2021 Murano . I was very clear I did not want any warranties. A paint and fabric warranty was added to my contract. Never expecting deceptive business practices I did not realize the warranty had been added until I got home that evening . I contacted the general manager several times to no avail . DMV and BAR contacted the dealership and were told this would be resolved and a refund issued . Don’t buy a car from this dealer! They will make promises and not keep them. They will charge you for extras that you don’t need. Chet is the worst person to work with and will ghost you when you ask for something he doesn’t want to do.

The worst service ever! When I bought my car at Coast Nissan, the sales guy sold me on a scam VIP package that included cleaning the car at every visit. DON'T be stupid like me and buy this. They do a "car wash" for everyone and do a terrible job. They claim its different for VIP but it's not. I had one problem after another there. Their MO was to blame a former employee for all of the problems. After Angel convinced me to give their Service Dept another chance, I brought my 2017 Mazda in for a routine service. Entered into a sales contract on 12/1/21 for a new Nissan Leaf. Provided $1,000.00 deposit, contract signed by myself and finance manager. Returned 1/7/22 to pick up vehicle. The finance manager and general manager stated, “The price of the vehicle is an additional $3,200.00.” They would not honor their original sales contract.

I gave these people my information to find out about extending the warranty on my car. They offered to refinance my car and get me a deal to pay what I’m paying now for my auto loan including the extended warranty. When I looked at it I noticed it was a total rip off and wanted to take it to show a family member. They wouldn’t even let me take the paper with the information on it because the deal was so bad. I got 5 hits on my credit and notification that my credit score lowered 2 points. They did credit checks on me without... read more

Just had a terrible experience with Coast Nissan! They are a ripoff and way over charged us on our 2013 Nissan driver's side rear view mirror. (They charged us $770.00). I have since contacted other shops and my insurance company and they said it should of cost no more than $500.00 out the door. Yes, I should have researched it first... GRRRRRRR I do not recommend this dealership for service. Bad service! =(((((
