Cat Cartwright is your go to for Squamish RMTs. As a Squamish RMT myself (13years) I can’t say this enough. Her treatments are a perfect blend of deep pressure therapeutic while still being incredibly relaxing. You won’t be disappointed.
My experience with Sonja was great, IPL is by far the best treatment for my acne as it treats PIH as well, and it's not invasive.
I have a hip dysplasia and femoral anteversion (I'm pigoen-toed). I often experience high levels of pain and can barely walk when I'm in a flare. Lara's acupressure massage takes me from 8/10 to 0/10 pain. After one of her massages and following a day of rest, I was able to walk again! She's one of the only massage therapists who has ever really helped me. She also creates a very safe space and I always feel comfortable on her table. Highly recommend!
Lara is an incredible! I’ve been to many RMT’s but she takes the cake. Very strong and knowledgeable about the human body, and has the ability to target and fix issues very efficiently.
