Awesome customer service!!!! Prices are a little high for some of the repairs but hey that's what owning a BMW is all about having the Ultimate driving machine!!!
I have been bringing my E39 to CMW for the past few years, and have always had the best service and value compared to anywhere else. I do think, however, their prices have increased and their customer service has declined recently. Since their expansion, it seems they are too busy and the service we have enjoyed over the years isn't there anymore. We can't even get a service cost estimate over the phone. We have started looking around again for alternatives.
