My car was diagnosed and repaired same-day. The technician explained everything clearly AND it all made sense. Nice clean bathroom in the waiting area. No fuss. I can't imagine why you would take your BMW anywhere else.
CMW have been servicing my 2000 M5 for over a year and half and I can say that they are far and above the best BMW service center I have ever been to and this after bringing my car to the dealer for years because I thought they were the experts, little did I know they are not. CMW is the only place I wholeheartedly trust to work on my BMWs. They maintained my 335i, and I will be taking my M3 to them as well. I highly recommend this shop to any BMW or MINI owners!
