The staff is absolutely unprofessional. Incapable of effectively communicating with patients and lacking listening and comprehension skills. The receptionist was unable to process a basic medical eligibility search. She claimed I did not have Medical insurance coverage when I in fact do. My daughter who is a social worker had to process my medical eligibility to prove that I had coverage. Even then, the spanish speaking receptionist refused to schedule an appt for me or listen to me when letting her know I had a copy of my v... read more
