Amazing people, fantastic repairs! I brought them my engagement ring, broken prongs and seperate stone, AND a very old ring from my grandfather. They repaired my engagements ring and beefed it up so I can do all the things without worrying about the stone falling out. And they were able to resize the grandfathers ring and ensure the stone is set securely so I can wear it now! Their timeliness was exact and their service was everything I could have asked for with such sentimental jewlery. Thank you all so much!
This place is a total rip off i ended up with 42% of melt value, I brought close to 300 grams of sterling and only walked out with 300 dollars first the guy tried to make me feel like an idiot, and when he was wrong he ripped me off not impressed at all won't be a return costumer for sure
Absolutely love this store, has a great selection of both contemporary designers and antique/estate pieces. They have are fantastic staff who are knowledgeable and provide amazing customer service. Would recommend for all jewelry needs!
Everyone at the Florence location is kind, knowledgeable, and honest. The Jeweler is the absolute best in town. I will definitely be back to shop and fix items as needed. SJ is my new go-to!
