Great!! Customer service is ALIVE and well here. The staff and Stewart were so helpful from the beginning. We were in need of resizing 30+ year-old wedding bands and they gave us a quick estimate. Picked all of them up today and they are stunning! Nice to Be able to once again wear our matching wedding bands!

About a year ago I sold some old dental crowns to Stuart, I spend copious amounts of time obsessed with precious metals and I love learning new things, I'm interested in growing as much as I can... i wish I had known then what I know now and Im disappointed that a trusted business professional doesn't seem to care about credibility. I went in to have a ring looked at and he damaged it, further more Stuart is hardly ever in because he's always at his other store. I sold one of my white gold rings because I was on a desperate situation and he never even got ID from the look of it seems shady.
Visiting from Salt Lake City and stumbled across this place. Popped in with my partner and ended up finding the perfect engagement ring for me! A gorgeous and unique piece that had everything and more that I wanted. Kim was super helpful with figuring out the resizing details for us and called us back quickly to get that set up.
