I brought in a ring because I wanted to make sure the stone was properly secured and wouldn't fall out. Both ladies I worked with were kind, professional, and great to speak with throughout the process. Unfortunately, despite paying around $100 for the repair, the work I specifically requested was not completed properly. The first time the ring was returned, the stone had simply been glued in place instead of being securely set. Young lady(didn’t get her name)working on Saturday 5/30/26 was most helpful with my problem with my watch, she didn’t have to help since the tools weren’t available but she went above and beyond beyond what would have been reasonable, found ways to repair with MacGyver like methods . Whatever the owners need to do, keep this girl on staff. Will recommend to all i know in the area
