This is a professional, experienced, friendly crew. I've used them several times during upgrades on my home. This time the fireplace had turned itself off & wouldn't communicate with remote control. He was able to flip switch inside it & get it back online & complete a full diagnostic in 30 min, on same day as call.

Excellent service. Nick found a problem during routine maintenance and explained the issue to us. He then promptly initiated the order and repair process and communicated with us throughout. The repair was done and Nick explained everything. Very professional in manner, explanations, and appearance. It was also easy to work with Colleen in the office to make an appointment and get information.
