Nick was very thorough in the items he checked to maintain the furnace. He explained what he did and the relative condition of each part he cleaned. He also explained some functionality of the system I had not been using.
The service person was thorough and very polite. They converted a wood fire pit to a gas fire pit and did an excellent job helping along the way on what parts to buy. They also provided services in a very reasonable time. Their price was very fair.
