I contacted the office because of problems I was having with my heating unit, not turning on. They sent a service technician, Gage To my Home and he was able to get the unit squared away and explain how the system works in a power shut down. I’ve used this company for heating air-conditioning and new installations of both their customer service for exceeds any other company that I’ve utilized for this type of service they’re dependable and honest.
Gage was great! He explained everything to me very clearly and was friendly to work with. I will definitely use your company again. I’m very pleased with the service!
Nick was outstanding. Thankfully nothing was wrong with the heat pump, but he explained how everything worked so I know what to expect in case I have any other issues.
Coast Heating workers did an outstanding job repairing my gas fireplace. Gage and Nick did an excellent job. They were pleasant and took time to make sure everything around the fireplace stayed neat and clean. The fireplace now works well. The cost of the work was reasonable. I highly recommend Coast Heating for maintenance and repair services.
