The rooms here are not terrible, they’re old but fairly cleaned the only downside is that they have an old kind of musty smell. The elevator however seemed to have been improperly cleaned after someone had thrown up all over the inside leaving vomit chunks on the walls of the elevator. Grace, the supervisor, caused 4 different families to leave at one time over a lack of transparency on the hotel’s end. I will be filing a formal complaint. She was incredibly rude to not only myself, but to the bride and groom of the wedding party, and friends and families of the bride and groom. In total, there were 4 families that chose to leave and stay in Peace River, which everyone should have done. Do not ever block book rooms here for any event. Their customer service is absolutely horrible, we had our wedding guests coming to us complaining about how rude the staff were to them (especially the front desk staff)
