Nixon took my call on 6/18/2026 - he was very attentive, well spoken, and on point setting up my initial appointment. I will follow up with another review after the procedure :)
I waited 4 hours to be seen by Dr Mark Lerner. Just for him to speak to me for only 10 minutes. He stated that he would like to get some lab work done, not explaining what for. He also prescribed me antibiotics, again no explanation as to why. Guess what, after a week of meeting with him, he still has not ordered the medication for me. This office is a mess. Peor servicio que he visto en mi vida nunca te contestan todo el tiempo están ocupados no se por qué tienen clínicas de esa clase abiertas deverian de cerrarla si no pueden con los pacientes
Today is May 4, 2026. Whoever is doing scheduling. Shame on you!!! The worst service!!!!! I am calling for 20 mins between 4:00 and 4:30 pm. All the schedules do is answer and hang up on the caller. They are too lazy to answer and make appointments
Yes you will need patience if you come here but for me, it was worth it. I was dismissed by 2 previous doctors and Dr Lerner was the only one who actually listened to my concerns and he took his time to explain everything and i am so happy i finally have peace of mind. Just had my procedure and yes i had to wait a long time but the staff was amazing . His entire team made me feel comfortable and answered all my questions and Im glad i now get to focus on getting better.
