Worst customer service and office policies Ive ever seen. Told me to come in sick or not be seen until July. Refused to do a phone appointment even though I am in desperate need for a GI specialist- I really need to be seen but happy to go else where because empathy is most needed in a GI doctors office and this one could careless about you.

Takes months to see Drs, then took almost 2 hours to be seen day of my appt, to then be treated so poorly by Dr Lerner. I called back to change drs for my next appointment, and was given such a bad attitude. Just an overall terrible experience with this Dr and staff, please stop treating your patients in this manner otherwise why are you in patient care?

Not recommended, this place is very slow, they give you appointments every 6 months, and they cannot give you your results over the phone, my appointment was at 2:45, I arrived an hour early and I have almost 2 hours waiting terrible service😡 si piensas venir a este lugar come antes de venir por que te tomarás más de 4 hours no recomendable
