Upon arrival there was nobody at the front desk for about 15 minutes until my wife called the hotel to inform them there was a lineup of people waiting to check in. Cups were dirty in our room. At 4am the fire alarm started ringing and we initially weren't told anything. It was apparently a "glitch" but the alarm kept ringing until well after 6am off and on. Stayed here for 2 days on a business trip. Decent price and very helpful staff. Will definitely come back
Room stinks like old stale cigarette smoke (non smoking room ) cigarette burn holes in couch , TV was broken when arriving , A\C duct is broken on inside and bent on outside so air can't escape , no screens in the windows, windows are very dirty , hair dryer is broken off the wall. This is the worst Coast hotel out of any I've stayed at.
What a gem we discovered. Excellent value for money. Exceeded all our expectations.
Comes with complimentary breakfast and free pass to the fsj leisure pool. Friendly staff! There is a ramp outside, but if you must have an elevator make sure to get a room on the 1st floor as there are no elevators. Other than that, it was great!
