100% better than the hotel near brewhouse. Clean&affordable, AMAZING staff! Super accommodating and treat you like it’s a Hilton. 12/10 stars for management and staff!! Large rooms, large refrigerators, functioning/opening windows, clean, quiet and located with a walking distance near most everything! Good breakfast and surprise items throughout the week.
If I could give a 0 star I would. We stayed here Oct 16th in room 231 for 8 hours as we arrived from Edmonton at 1:30 am. Once we got in we searched for bed bugs, found none, but we found massive stains on the bed like someone pissed the bed, blood on the towel at the sink, stains everywhere. Hair on the pillow. We drove 8 hours and was too tired to go down and cause an issue. We slept on the couch, They offered no refund at all.
Upon arrival there was nobody at the front desk for about 15 minutes until my wife called the hotel to inform them there was a lineup of people waiting to check in. Cups were dirty in our room. At 4am the fire alarm started ringing and we initially weren't told anything. It was apparently a "glitch" but the alarm kept ringing until well after 6am off and on. Stayed here for 2 days on a business trip. Decent price and very helpful staff. Will definitely come back
