love the many selections and the prices are great as well- I purchased wood flooring here as well (snap and lock) for 3 rooms. now working on my bathrooms.
They worked with me on the price of my floor! Ivan was very helpful and respectful!
After being told that we will have flooring we ordered 10 days back, found that our shipment got sent to someone else, we may (!) get half our shipment in 2 weeks (each time I ask, the date gets pushed back) and the rest maybe in 4 plus weeks. While there's a helpful person trying his best to help, it does not seem like the logistics function is really set up well and can't commit to where the materials are and when they will get here. I can be a pretty tough customer when I'm in a home improvement project, so I was a bit skeptical when I was shown 'the latest in waterproof vinyl planking' as an alternative to wood-look tile. I asked a lot of tough questions and got straightforward technical answers. So much for good marketing. For me, the real test usually comes a little later... Staff were very nice and very helpful. For first timers, the manager explained how to find and figure what we needed as well as assigned a staff member to show and answer all our questions. On the plus side, on the day we went (Oct 7/17) there were 2 Taco food trucks right outside the store and all employees AND customers got free plates of 2 Street tacos with chips & salsa FREE! In addition there was also music entertainment by KOST 103.5. Awesome all around!
