Absolutely amazing! I had to bring my three year old daughter with me and during the appointment were very understanding and considerate of her and the stroller we brought with us. Even while picking out glasses, they helped and were absolutely so sweet with her! Couldn’t have asked for a better experience. They also explained everything to me as simple as they could during my appointment as well.
Most Dr’s you see today make you feel like you’re two feet in the grave… Tell you everything is wrong with you. Not here! No pressure. Great staff and the Dr I saw was excellent! Very knowledgeable, easy to talk to and listens! Doesn’t make you feel like a number. I called and got an appointment next day… Heck, I can’t even get in with my primary Dr the next day.
I cannot adequately express how satisfied I am with my service. I lost my glasses and called and explained the urgency and they worked with my schedule and I didn’t have to miss work and the doctor, assistant and everyone in reception were so nice, attentive and expedited the process! It is my first time to wear contacts and the assistant was so patient and helpful teaching me how to put them in and take them out. I was advised to come in on what I thought might be an emergency. The office staff was quick to get my paperwork to me snd assist with other problems .The exam was the most extensive I have ever had as an exam. Everything explained by my wonderful doctor. I felt at ease and as if they cared and really wanted to help.. Turns out I was referred and have to see another doctor , they assisted that and my appt is nxt week. Very serious when I say this. I am 71 years old and without a doubt the best eye Doctor I have ever been to. Dr. Keely Cox was the best and the whole staff was nice and professional and all had great personalities. I felt very comfortable there and left there very happy with a big smile. I highly recommend this place.
