I switched to this clinic several years ago for convenience and have been generally satisfied with the care received. However, I am disappointed by the clinic's policy regarding appointment cancellations and rescheduling. It appears that any cancellation or reschedule, regardless of timing or circumstance, is held against the patient indefinitely. I always dread going to any doctor. Today was different. The front desk ladies were happy to be there and Dr. Cox was the kindest and most efficient eye doctor that I have ever been to. I finally found a clinic for my whole family to go to!!!!
Had a wonderful experience with Coast Eyes. The front desk people were great. The optometrist was very thorough and pleasant. I am very happy with the care my daughter received.
Today was my first visit. I am super impressed with the customer service. I checked in filled out get new patient information and was going to the back to begin my exam in what seems like ten minutes top. My examination was quick, the doctor listened to my concerns and we were fine in va timely manner. The receptionist were friendly and even helped me pick out a lovely pair of cost effective glasses. 10 out of 10, I highly recommend.
Extremely thorough, very professional, the Doctor took the time to ask about my life and work. That doesn’t happen often in these times. A very friendly and accommodating staff! Do yourself a favor and treat your precious eyes to an extremely proficient professional! I’m glad I did!
