Had an appointment on 15 Jan. Needed new glasses. Wife had an appointment the same day. Was told our glasses would take a week to get in. Wife got here just fine. I did not. I had to call and was told that the person on the phone would call the vendor and call me back. Never received a call back. Tried calling again yesterday, and guess what, the get to use the excuse of a COVID quarantine. So I am supposed to be patient and wait on them. I’m a new patient and the office is clean and organized and the staff is very nice. I am glad to have found a new eye doctor and place to buy glasses!! Thank you to Dr. Sanders and her staff today for helping me get in so quick to be seen!!
I'm very happy. The staff were friendly and helpful. I appreciated the in depth explanation on the best way to use my insurance for the lowest price on my glasses and contacts. I have RA and was very happy to have found an eye doctor who knows that it can affect eyesight.

The problem I had was paying out of pocket $500 for a pair of glasses that I can't wear. I had to complain several times about them being blurry, before finally they did changes to my lenses. The prescription still isn't right. My eyes are severely strained when I wear them. Nothing else has been done. Wasted money.
The doctors and staff are very knowledgeable and professional. They are also great with kids. Visits are quick and everyone is friendly.
Love Mr. & Mrs. Sanders. They are wondeful. Great with kids as well....
