Had an appointment on 15 Jan. Needed new glasses. Wife had an appointment the same day. Was told our glasses would take a week to get in. Wife got here just fine. I did not. I had to call and was told that the person on the phone would call the vendor and call me back. Never received a call back. Tried calling again yesterday, and guess what, the get to use the excuse of a COVID quarantine. So I am supposed to be patient and wait on them.
