Yesterday afternoon, about 2:45pm, I was driving on Robinson Road in Gulfport, MS behind your Coast Electric truck. The driver had to have been DRUNK because he was driving down the MIDDLE of the street until he had oncoming street traffic. Then, he would actually jerk to the right side of the road to drive like a normal person. Once traffic was cleared, he moved right back to the middle! He turned left on Landon while I took a right.
