I enjoyed customer service in the past here at the Coast. How front desk was always so welcoming and accommodating. Now, you are just a room number, and no one says hi when you leave your suite to go outside, or even look at you. They pretend to be busy on their phones or doing other things. Sad, because our front desk clerk used to know us by our first names. We always got room upgrades without even asking. Parking at the hotel in their parkade is awesome. Excellent location to the ice district and all within walking distance. Underground parking was tight and glad we brought our Honda civic and not our 3/4 ton truck as it wouldn’t have fit, however there is paid parking outside. Rooms were ok but bathroom was dark and showing its age. The heated toilet bidet was very nice tho! All staff friendly as well. Rooms were clean and bed was comfy. We stayed in the summer of 2025.
