At 60 years old and a resident of 4 states in my lifetime, I can honestly say this was the dirtiest dental office I have seen. The dentist was so nasty to me when I questioned the $15, 000 of dental work he stated needed to be done and would not explain to me when 7 crowns were needed. They also refused to provide me a cleaning unless I paid $400 more for a deep clean. I have found out they tell everyone this , a deep clean is needed . My dental insurance is Humana and this is the only office in this area that is in the plan... read more

Everyone at these types of practices are employees, including the dentist, as can be seen from my personal experiences below. Where to begin with this this practice. We recently moved to the area, so I had to find a new dentist. I had also recently gotten a root canal at an endodontist. Went there had my xrays dentist with NO bedside manner told me I needed a deep cleaning for $400 then every 3 months for $200. Office dirty and equipment outdated. Just got a second opinion from Dr. Leth at Salt Run Family dentistry. He had to redo some xrays because the ones from Coast were too dark. They did not charge me for them. Dr Leth and all the staff were so friendly and turns my teeth are in very good condition and I need just a normal cleaning for $ 99. Please beware of this swindle!!!
Paul Kramer, DMD Pulled a tooth for me and I experienced virtually no pain. Highly recommended.
1st the dentist took 2 hours to remove s tooth. Then had cut me so bad "maybe from shaking. Not sure " , but then refused to call me back when i needed to get my crown installed. I have insurance. I have to believe they are too young and not invested in there company since they get paid no matter what being a part of a corporation. No drive to do any extra work since its corporate. VERY DISAPPOINTED!!!!!
