I did not even get a chance to see the dentist at this office.. their staff is incompetant and very rude, cancelling my apopintment without so much as a call.. I came to my appointment and was informed they cancelled it, because they could not find our name online for insurance purposes.. after i took a half day (unpaid) off work and drove the 15 miles to get there, perhaps they could have called my insurance company or at the very least called me with the problem.
