My husband & I both had appts Feb. 26. They sent his paperwork into our insurance but not mine! We have called multiple times asking to talk to office manager or insurance person but they’re never available. Called multiple times & left messages for a call back. No response! Phone goes to voicemail.Voicemail stays full. Arrived at confirmed appointment to find out appointment cancelled. Paid bill in office yet they attempted double payment by sending bill in mail. Hours posted on website 8;00-5;00 Monday-Friday but hours on door are 800-2:00 on Friday. Arrived at 12:30 on a Friday to pick up toothbrush being held for me.
