Very friendly staff from reception to checkout. The office was clean and seemed to get patients in- out- and on their way in a reasonable amount of time. I being a new patient,they took their time with step by step procedures to know my needs and learn what order they should proceed. I met the dentist when the time came and she was very nice,polite,and professional and I appreciate her communication to me as to what she was doing and how I was to respond if needed. I’m so glad I chose Coast Dental Peachtree City as my new dentist! The staff was friendly, welcoming, and efficient, making my visit a great experience from start to finish. I also really appreciated that they referred me to an excellent orthodontist. Overall, it was a super pleasant experience, and I highly recommend them!
2nd visit, however be expected to wait. First time 44 minutes wait and 2nd time 30 minutes wait after inquiring. The dental hygienist is a perfect balance of efficieny, pleasant and professional.
I was told fluoride wasn’t covered by my insurance so I paid out of pocket and then you guys billed my insurance for it and had them pay too since it actually was covered! Now I have to jump through hoops to get things settled at a different dentist office.
