Great Office Overall! The dentist and the rest of the staff were able to keep me at ease during the entire procedure and I'm a huge chicken when it comes to dentists. Dr. Juma gave me the needle and I didn't feel anything after that. The assistants or nurses (I don't know what to call them) were really nice and answered all of my questions. Definitely going back and referring my friends and family. :)

feels like a high pressure sales pitch rather than a medical facility. They were resistant to my seeking a second opinion or even thinking over the very expensive procedures they wanted done. Also pushed the most expensive options only and refused to discuss the least expensive ones. my new dentist said, "He sounds a little too hungry."

Did you experience excessive oral pain after you left your appointment? No, I was in a little pain but it wasn't excessive Was this provider argumentative or easily angered? Somewhat, they didn't want to listen to almost anything I said Does this provider adhere to the customer is always right policy? Sometimes, but not always Was the waiting area spacious? Yes Does this provider welcome questions? Not really. I felt like an annoyance when I asked a question

Is this provider easy to reach in an emergency? Absolutely not. I was forced to call the emergency room. Did you receive sample toothbrushes or toothpaste to take home? No, I didn't receive anything at all Was this provider's staff friendly? No, they were rude Were the staff members able to answer your questions? The staff didn't seem to know very much, they couldn't ever answer my questions Did this provider rush your appointment? Yes, I felt like an annoyance!

I can not in good conscious reccomend this office. I believe that their practices are unethical. My girls went in for a normal cleaning and they tried to charge us for extra service like debridement. Over $400 in extra services ontop of our insurance. My daughter is in braces and her teeth have to be clean or the orthodontist will not see her, so I know that they were not honest with trying to "add on" to the bill. We have ben to good dentists and this is not one that I will ever go to.
