I would never send ANYONE here. They finally (after 6 months) submitted the correct paperwork to my insurance. They received payment 7/17 and sent me a statement dated 7/31/12. I scheduled it for payment and 13 days later a collection agency called. Excuse me! Thirteen days and you send me to a collection agency. So glad we found another dentist.
This place is not good for people who have Medicaid insurance. They told me that I had gum diease and infection. I had to paid $100.00 every three months for gum diease treatment. Then they said that I need to pay $1,000 for infection I didn't have. Second opinion doctor says that I did not have gum diease and infection.
