They canceled my appointment because my insurance was at the Buckhead location. Instead of calling me to tell me to transfer it , they just canceled and I waited for over a month for my appointment just for them to cancel at 12:28pm then tell me at 12:35pm that my appointment has already been taken. It’s Friday my appointment is TUESDAY and now they telling me next appointment isn’t for another MONTH!
I’m going to first start by saying my appointment started out OK but ended not good but God has a way of turning things around for the good. Mrs. Dawn was very awesome Ms. Brittany did an awesome job in my teeth cleaning and we had a pleasant visit. Mrs. Natasha was very sweet as well and the dental assistant I forgot her name🤦🏾♀️ please forgive me on that because she was the most most sweetest young lady ever. I've been with Coast Dental for over 15 years. Today, I received a text about my next appointment, but I was shocked to learn I already had one booked. When I called the office, the front desk said she couldn’t see my appointment. This is the third time I've experienced this issue, pushing my cleaning out another year. She advised me she would call me back at 2:30 PM but never called as promised. She rushed me off the phone when I followed up without confirming anything.
