Everyone in the office is very kind and makes you feel comfortable
The dental assistant was patient and kind. After all I’ve been through with this particular tooth I was receiving the crown for, Dr. Smith was very patient and finished in a timely fashion.
Treatment was great—just too expensive.
I just want to say that Courtney and the team did a fantastic job whitening my teeth! The entire visit was very pleasant — everyone was incredibly nice and welcoming. At the end of my appointment, they took the time to walk me through everything I needed to know about home care and how to take care of my teeth properly. I truly appreciate their professionalism and kindness. I absolutely love Coastal Dental on Floyd Road!
I gave this dental office 4 stars because the customer service was a little shaky when I initially arrived to my first appointment yesterday. The techs sitting at the front desk did not acknowledge me right away and the tech who took me back to the room did not introduced herself. However, things got better. The dentist was nice and apologized for his staff when I complained about the customer service and the dental hygienist, who cleaned my teeth did an excellent job . I recommend this dental office for your dental care.
