It took 6 months to get my first appointment in order to establish with this group in Crystal River. After the initial screening, it took another 6 months to schedule a cleaning which did happen and was well done. Six months later I arrived at the office in Crystal River for my scheduled teeth cleaning to find the office closed. The practice had shut down.
