I received a text advising my appointment was at 3:00 I called to confirm and advise I am close by they confirmed 3:00. I asked how long was the wait was going to be after I noticed it was 4:20 and they gave me attitude and advised my appointment wasn’t until 3:30. Like that makes a difference. I sat back down and was not given any information. After being here from 3:01 I was not sent to the back to start my process until 4:29. Then when I get to the back I waited even longer until 4:45. Recommendeddoctor is great. very nice, knowing I was scared.came in for a bad wisdom tooth extraction. hygienist who did my deep cleaning was awesome, very gentle.
I was there yesterday and had to get a root canal. I was a little anxious but not too bad. What really impressed me was how considerate Dr Lewis was about my pain levels during the procedure. He kept me as comfortable as possible and all went well I'd like to thank the whole staff. I've been going there for 10 years and everything has been very good.
I came in here 3 weeks ago and wait over 2 hours to get seen. I went because my teeth and gums were sore. I had a deep cleaning done. My gums were bleeding too much and I was told to come back to let them polish and do the fluoride. I had my 3 1/2 year old son with me at the time. Everything was fine when I had him, he went back there with me and everything. I come back today for my noon appointment and they try to tell me no kids are allowed back there and that I would have to reschedule. And tried telling me that they don’... read more
Ok so where to start. I started to receive calls about cancellations and their ability to see me earlier than scheduled which wouldn't be bad but I didn't asked to be placed on a cancellation list. The business day before my appointment I received a call stating that they hadn't verified my insurance and asked for the numbers. Received a call later that day with the reception complaining about all the difficulties she had verifying my dental insurance and asked me to contact the insurance and have them fact over my benefits ... read more
The worst customer service I have ever experienced! I sure hope the office has gotten rid of the manager and Royal since I was there 3 years ago! Very bad experience...never in my entire life will I set foot into that office!
I must say Dr Louis is amazing and so is his assistant Christina. Along with the whole staff. From Kathy and April up front. Hygienist was wonderful Christina is an amazing talent along with Dr Louis. I recently had some extensive work.done. And with all my fears I was informed, educated. No question unanswered along with the cost. So in turn I had no fear moving forward. I also had a follow up call the next day to see how I was feeling :) very professional, caring office.
