I’ve been going to Coast for nearly two decades. The front office staff is great. I don’t like the turnover rate of dentists. I had a bad experience with the last male dentist that worked there. I absolutely hate my crown that he did but Nakia is AMAZING! I am very sensitive and have major anxiety when it comes to anything dental. She is the ONLY reason I still go to Coast. Let me start by saying that the dentist at Clearwater did a good job. Now like me tell you a story. Gave all the information of my insurance and had a consult with the dentist and the office people put together the cost of doing the work needed. They came back with what insurance covers and what my out of pocket would be. I asked them to confirm all information before we proceed. They said everything is taken care of with my insurance. The entire staff was wonderful. My heigenist, Nakia was awesome! She took the time to throughly explain my procedure. She also answered all of the many questions I had. I enjoyed this visit...well considering IT was a dental visit. Lol
