It was my first time here, this month. The front desk staff, Pahola was very warm and welcoming upon arrival. I was seen by Dr. Le and everyone in the office including the dental assistant provided great service. 5/5 customer service. Thank you!
Scammers! The Front desk by the name of Paula and the guy who calls himself a dentist (Patrick Le) were rude and looking for any way to empty your pocket. After a checkup I was told I need a crown. Couple weeks after they called me saying come to the office we have the approval for your crown. When I went there, they completely declined to do the approved insurance work saying I have to pay a few hundred out of my pocket since they do not do the crown that my insurance approved, so why did they start the work and process was... read more

I have been going to Coast Dental&Implant Center since the beginning of the year. I have been putting off getting a few Implants that I have needed for some years. I wish I would have known Dr Le and his team years ago. They are the most amazing professionals you will ever deal with. Starting from Paola at the front desk.
