My wife and I decided to ignore the horrendous bad reviews and we wish we hadn’t. Avoid this place like the plague. Staff is extremely unorganized and not helpful. They are not punctual and you’ll waste half your day listening to a sales pitch of them trying to upsell you on everything. They’ll charge you hidden “fees” even though preventative care is fully covered by insurance. Absolute waste of time. My hygienist Leslie was fantastic. She was really welcoming and made me feel comfortable. I have always struggled with gingivitis but after my visit I officially got myself an electronic toothbrush per her recommendation and will proceed with all my follow up care. I look forward to coming back in 6 month. The office is really clean and everyone was friendly. Thank you Leslie!
Dr. was very thorough
All I can say: avoid! They are taking you to the cleaners…. Scheduled a regular cleaning - was presented with a 2000 $ out of pocket treatment plan ( no more than 10% covered by my insurance - what does that tell you?), and when I asked to just do the regular cleaning, they refused. Just to be clear: i do regular cleanings. This is not some neglected mouth… Frankly, I would be ashamed to work there and do the dirty work for this dental chain that’s just enriching their owners. Going to a dentist increases my anxiety and traumatic memories. I have to say that Dr. Natalia May is the first dentist that I feel comfortable with. Dr. Natalia is very honest, caring, and informative, Her assurance of providing me the best care with minimal discomfort. She was on point as she and her assistant talked me through the extraction procedure and all went well. On my 3rd visit I had crowns done on my front teeth.
