Dont bother !!!
It is always a pleasure coming here. The staff is very friendly, greeting you as you come in. They are very professional in the way you are taking care of any always as you are leaving saying to have a great day and see you during your next visit. I leave with a smile on my face. Great customer service. I even had my daughter come there, and she was extremely satisfied.
I was cared for very professionally, I was also given respect and dignity considering my embarrassing situation. They treated me like family and I will always be appreciative of that. Thank you
Very disappointed with coastal dental. Set up an appointment six months ago told him my insurance they said it was great. It would work .two weeks before I came to my appointment today they called and verified my insurance again when I got there today they said they didn’t know if my insurance would cover my visit. I asked them to call corporate, and they said it would be several days before they would let me know if my insurance would work.
Do not make an appointment here unless you want your appointments canceled upon arrival for system updates or not having a dental hygienist. But also they’ll tell you they don’t have your phone number on file and they tried to call even though you confirmed your appointment via text message. Unprofessional establishment that should not be providing patient care. If you do happen to successfully get an appointment, the doctor is nice.
