Why can't I leave zero stars. I was PROMISED a refund over a month ago, after a botched procedure. They have failed to refund me so far, lost my Credit Card information, fail to return my calls or texts. Raquel the Office Manager has been stringing me along when I do get her attention and she always blames Corporate. I'm getting a Lawyer next week. Would anyone care to join me in a class action?
We have really enjoyed the dental team at Coast. They are very sweet and patient with my son, complete great work quickly, and have great availability which is rare in this area.
The worst dental office ever. I ended up with cheap ventures. The office manager change my treatment plan to suite her adjenda. She would make appointments for me for no reason just to look good to corporate. Don't not go here ....it's a dental nightmare ...$$$$$ They don't give a hoot about their patients . In the course of trying to get my dentures all of the Drs quit and the only one was the crooked office manager. BEWARE!!!!
The visit ran long because they had a new software installed just 2 days prior, but the tech was thourough taking xrays&Dr Micah was kind knowledgeable&had a good bedside manner.
