I would have given this place a one, except Dr. Baker was very nice. Everything else about it was ridiculous! This whole organization (Coast Dental) seems to be a conglomerate that cares only about the money. Be prepared for an environment of a mix between "the soup Nazi (Seinfeld)" and "keystone cops". While the staff are pleasant, it is not a "warm, we want to take care of you" place. Combine that with the AWFUL billing practices, we WILL NOT be back.
