I had 3 appointments during the last 2 weeks. On each occasion, I got email and text message asking me to confirm the appointment. I immediately confirmed the appointments. On each of these occasions, I had to wait 40 minutes to an hour to be seen. On enquiring at the front desk for updates, I was told the dentist/hygienist were running rate. BUT THIS IS 3 APPOINTMENTS IN A ROW.

I tried Coast Dental because it was covered under a new dental plan I got. My old dentist did not take my insurance, and I thought I would save some money. I am in my 30s and never had a cavity in my life. I went to Coast Dental 2 times. My first appointment was for x-rays, and I was told I needed and sold a bottle of chlorhexidine gluconate 16 oz for $26. Take this as a warning. Not only does my insurance cover for an exam, cleaning, and xrays, AND I was schedule for all three, they refused to do a cleaning and wanted to charge $400 if I choose to later on. Why schedule me for this if you refused to do it? The best part was how fraudulent Dr. Ghabbour was. I get my Xrays done routinely, hiwever, never at this office.
