From service to billing, none of it is acceptable. They charged at least a $78 initial fee that wasn’t covered by insurance, then tried to sell products instead of considering whether the customer had another way to pay for them or whether the products were even suitable to use. They also sent the bill to me instead of working with the insurance company first. Dr. Marah is the best!!! She works with you very carefully and ensures you’re not in pain. 10/10 Recommend!
Had to go straight to Coast from work so I was in my Law Enforcement uniform. Was a little turned off by the Xray tech who asked if I could have left my gun in my car because it made her nervous. Other than that, Dr. Damian and Erica were amazing and made the rest of the visit extremely pleasant. After many years of less than desirable experiences with Coast, the last 2 visits have improved drastically.
Coast Dental has become an embarrassment to the Dental Association. Their only concern is “upselling “ you for additional services. Erika, the Dental Assistant will upsell services such as Gingival Free Anesthetic and Flouride treatment despite my request to not have these services multiple times. I can’t say enough good things about Dr. Dahman. I’ve been bringing both myself and my kids to her, and she is absolutely incredible. I recently had some dental work done, and even procedures that could be painful elsewhere were completely comfortable with her. She is so kind, gentle, and truly a professional who goes above and beyond. I’m so grateful for all the care and service she’s provided—thank you, Dr. Dahman!
