Horrible! Unprofessional! call center made appointment 2 weeks ago for a local office.Called the day before appointment to confirm everything was in order,Call center stated office is open. Arrived for appointment only to find office is closed. Call center gave me the runaround. Pathetic!
This is the worst dental company. Their billing is inaccurate and they do not respond to call.

OMG dont ask for a refund, it takes forever and there staff is rude
Over charge customers and try to justify why they charge. Especially when the insurance contact them and everything was covered. I wouldn’t recommend this dentist to Satan!Catching hell getting my refund or speak with cooperate! Only thing good about them is it’s easy to get an appointment, staff is rude!
You could start by improving your dental offices. The new manager n the Clearwater office, off 19, needs lessons in honesty and kindness. I am going to try and call the main office but I don't expect a reply.
Coast Dental could close = that's the only improvement that could be made. They do poor quality work and don't stand behind what they do.

This place is horrible. Has owed me a refund of over 1500.00 since November 2017. No one answers the phone when you hit the button for refunds....and no calls are never returned. I have filed a complaint with the Florida Attorney General's Office.
