I am no one. First appointment was huge wait. I am not sure if my cleaning session was completed before I was billed over a $1000 for future treatment. My second appointment was cancelled upon arrival and I don't know where they do that at. They wasted my time, money, and gas. No apology, and promises to get back with me another time. They expect 24 to 48 hours notice for cancellations from patients. This was the most confusing dental visits I have had ever. I won't be coming back here. I will not be returning to this dental office. While my entire experience wasn’t the absolute worst, I am now left with a $1,400 dental bill for subpar dental work that I am extremely unhappy with. I was not expecting perfection, but I definitely expected better than what I received. I was so excited about going to the dentist. I was a new patient, which I knew there probably would be a wait for me, which was okay. My fiance had came with me, he's partially paralyzed from the elbows down, and he doesn't walk that good, he has to have help in the restroom " I am his fulltime care giver" we went to the back to go the restroom, the dentist had made a comment " it takes two to use the restroom" and a few of the ladies start laughing, which isnt funny with everything we've been dealing with. Mikayla and Dr. Powell are the best! I just got a crown done. Not only did it came back a week early but the whole process was A+! Mikayla is extremely talented and very patient. She filed my crown down to make it fit perfectly. She didn't stop until she got it right. She's a valuable asset to your team. I can not even feel it in my mouth. Dr. Powell does an excellent job on my whole family. Excellent team at Coast Dental in Fayetteville!
