After enduring significant pain, I returned and it was discovered a bone fragment had been left behind—something that should have been addressed during the initial extraction. So, here is my visit to Coast Dental in Lake City, Fl. Appointment was at 8:30 am, I arrived on time. Had a COVID form to fill out. No one ahead of me or in the waiting room. Sat until 9:00 am. Hygienist called me in, had me update my medical history and told me there would be a $15 copayment. Laid me back in the chair and then told me I had to pay prior to her starting.
