So, here is my visit to Coast Dental in Lake City, Fl. Appointment was at 8:30 am, I arrived on time. Had a COVID form to fill out. No one ahead of me or in the waiting room. Sat until 9:00 am. Hygienist called me in, had me update my medical history and told me there would be a $15 copayment. Laid me back in the chair and then told me I had to pay prior to her starting. From the moment you call you have found a new family full of caring staff and dentist. Im disabled with service animals and have horrid fears of dentist but after my first visit cant wait to go back (things you rarely say about any dentist lol). The office staff and manager is wonderful and super helpful. The dental assistants are patient and excellent at thier jobs with soft hands my xrays were so quick and I didnt bleed from them like normal. I am a person that absolutely fears 3 things in life. Needles, spiders and dentists! I met with the Lake City staff today and for the first in 56 years I am looking forward to going to the dentist and having the work done on my teeth that should have been done years ago. Great place to get dental work done. Makes you not dread dental work. Has the small town feel and they really get to know you individually. Fast wait times and great service. Highly recommend. I will continue to get all my dental work done here.
