Julia and Dr Avila are the best! Definitely don't like the call center instead of being more personable with clients but that's corporate.
First of all, I want to say thank you all for all your support on everything and understanding what I wanted done, especially Dr. Jose Avila the dentist and his assistant for explaining to me what’s best for me. Don’t waste your time. Scheduled for a cleaning. I have to take time off of work and find someone to watch my baby. Was told to expect the cleaning to take a hour and 30 mins. Waited 30 mins to be seen. Heard the front desk calling everyone to bump up their appointments and couldn’t actually clean my teeth. So annoyed and what a WASTE.
Only dentist I have been to and not need nitrous! Love my dentist
Stay away. Horrible front desk and office manager. They will charge you for the services you didn’t receive. Total fraud, horrible experience.
