I just had a comedically horrific experience here from the time I was greeted until the time I left after an initial attempt to overcharge followed by the hygienist not listening and another tech being rude. I finally had enough, walked out and immediately changed dentists.

Friendly, accommodating staff. On time and very helpful with services at reasonable prices.

First time here. I had an appointment for an exam and cleaning. Was not seen until 35 minutes after appointment time. Had x-rays and exam. I was then told that they didn’t have time for the cleaning. I had to return another day to get the cleaning done. If they are going to charge you $25 for missing an appointment then they should pay you $25 when they can’t honor their appointments. Won’t be returning.

Today is 12/23/25. All I can say is there’s something very special about this dentist and his team. There’s a peace and a joy about them. It’s very comforting and they are each excellent at what they do from the checkin to the service to checkout. I highly recommend. Today, 6/20/25, I had my teeth cleaning with dental hygienist Reem. She was great!!! I highly recommend her. Starting with Dr José Avila, he was outstanding. Then John Henry was awesome. The front desk was a pleasure and Teresa was perfect.
