I called to try to get a little bit of information about what it would look like to put together a treatment plan, whether my insurance was in network so I’d get better rates than using it as PPO, and what kind of costs I should prepare for getting a new patient evaluation, x-rays, and cleaning, and possibly crown. Absolute worst dentist office to go to!!! The front staff have no clue how to do their job. I was asked about my insurance which had already been verified. Then they told me to fill out paperwork which is 5 pages. I had already done it on the link sent by the office. Do not entertain going here. This office should not be allowed to work on anyone. If the front staff was poor I can only imagine how half trained the actual dentist would have been. No thanks!!! I'll take my insurance money elsewhere!!! By the way.....I hope you... read more
Friendly staff, the only issue is that I had to wait about 40mins before I saw the dentist, otherwise I had no issues
