This place will trick you to get more money from you. I saw an old lady go there to pick up her husband and she told them he has mental problems and to only do what his insurance covers and they charged her an extra hundred dollars for something that wasn't covered.They said her husband agreed.and she said he is mental and doesn't understand and she told the nurse that and They said she has to pay or they would call the cops
Okay..........there is A LOT on my mind!! DO NOT EVER go to Coast Dental on Sunset Point Road and US 19 unless you want to have the "I'm buying a car" experience!! Actually you EXPECT that when you go to buy a new or used car but you DO NOT expect that when you just want to get your teeth cleaned!! Forget your dental health, this is all money!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Be careful you don't drive out with a new GRILL!!!
Completely unprofessional & doesn't follow procedures. I had to go back & forth from multiple offices for a procedure that should have been completed correctly in one visit.
We had just moved to the area and were looking for dentists on our plan just to get our standard x-rays and teeth cleanings that are covered by insurance. But when my husband goes in, they do the x-rays and send him home with pages of all this work that he 'needs' that coincedentally not covered by insurance, including an EXTRA $80 just to clean his teeth! Since we've never been 'upsold' (think timeshare scam) on a teeth cleaning before, he calls to cancel the cleaning and he's told that they'll take off half of the cost but... read more
