Watch out, they will charge way past what your insurance will pay, and they won't even tell you about it. They just expect you to pay. Sunset point road. Staff was arrogant and dismissive. Couldn't get out of there fast enough.... Bad egg.
Scheduling issues that they are either unwilling or unable to do anything about. We were told back in December 2017 that my sons braces were ready to come off. Here it is July and we have now been pushed back to August. This is going on 5 years since this started. Have left messages for the supervisor to please call me, nothing. Have spoken with "Customer Satisfaction" still nothing. Great staff! I felt right at home there.
Today is October 20 and I am happy to revise my rating as Dr. Faddy Makaryus completed the extraction is what seemed like less than 60 seconds. The staff was all very nice to me and I also want to thank the office manager Erica for her kindness and efficiency in resolving the initial problems. I just started going to this place. I haven't been to the dentist in over 3 years and I know I need work and eventually braces so I was looking for a place where I can do everything under one roof. So that is a plus. When I went for my first exam and cleaning I had found out I was pregnant so they only took two x-rays of the one tooth that definitely needed addressed.
