DONT WASTE YOUR TIME, They scheduled an appointment for me at the fort Stewart location only to come and see for myself that it is CLOSED. I even got a confirmation text, and when I arrived I called their phone number, and the lady told me that this place is closed, and there no other locations here in hinesville. DONT WASTE YOUR TIME, why would they even schedule an appointment for me if it’s closed ? Makes no sense

My daughter was treated at this office on January 18. We received a bill about two months after the service saying we owed 226 for the service. My daughter only received a cleaning, which is free with our insurance. I have called the office no less than 10 times with no follow up. Everytime I finally reach someone, they say they don't know why I was charged and promise to call back after they speak with the districtmanager. Dentist gave me fillings and then said “if that doesn’t work then you’ll need root canals” well lo and behold, I need root canals, and they don’t do them there. So now after I spent a lot of time and money there, I now have to go somewhere else and ACTUALLY get my problem fixed. This should be something to determine after X-rays and examination, NOT “well let’s do this and hope for the best” I don’t want to hope for the best when it comes to my teeth and smile, I want someone who KNOWS what they’re doing. When we first started going to Coast Dental over a year ago everything was fine. I agreed to my daughter getting braces at the Ft Stewart location because the orthodontist was very pleasant and the staff was always easy to reach. That didn't last very long. On multiple occasions I have scheduled appointments with the appointment scheduling department only to drive over 1 hour to discover that they were either closed completely or they didn't have an orthodontist. Don't believe fake 5 stars review, I personally know at least 4 people, who only got harmed by this place.
