Made an appointment for a simple cleaning 2 mnts in advanced. They contacted me a few times3 days before appointment to verify which I did. The day before the appointment they left a message saying they needed additional ins info. I called the number back within 30 mins only to have the call center say they cancelled me giving me different reasons. U cant contact them directly.
