My appointment was at 1:30 for a cleaning then an evaluation. I showed up at 1pm to do 5 minutes worth of paperwork. I was finally seen by the doctor at 3:15pm. All I had done prior to that was X-rays. Doctor evaluation recommended I have my wisdom tooth pulled (no surprise it’s why I made the appointment in the first place) I had 2 wisdom teeth pulled previously with a different dentist/office. Read the reviews but rarely take the bad reviews to heart. Read many bad ones regarding over charging. Went in today and right off the bat the dentist said I needed 2 crowns. No pain no root canals. And then they gave me a quote for my cleaning $310. She said I needed a deep clean because my gums are bad. Yet my previous dentist has never mentioned this before. Absolute rip off. Then I said no to the deep clean I just wanted a cleaning and she refused. Never going to another Coast Dental again.
Dr.Oliver and staff are amazing. Very friendly and helped calm my anxiety during my visit.
I have just recently became a patient here. I have had so many bad experiences with other dentists in the past, I have avoided them for years! By the grace of God, I found Dr. Marah Dahman @ Coast. She is one of the sweetest people I have ever met. She and her entire staff, Ivette Vega, Kassi Teshome, and everyone @ the front desk. ...are awesome! I loved everyone there. I had such anxiety and all of them made sure to keep me comfortable. The dentist and the assistant were gentle and talked me through the whole thing. They also helped with a payment that worked for me. Can't thank them enough.
Orrible sólo quieren sacarte chavos por todos lados me tuvieron casi 2hrs 1/2 pidiendo inf pa ver si me aprobaban un tarjeta para ellos hacerme unas cosas en los dientes y no me hicieron limpieza por q necesito unas coronas atrás y eso no sw puede hacer la primera vez que me dicen eso Yo no me voy hacer coronas en unas muelas mejor me las sacó y ya y ellos no quieren chavos
