Dr. Arias refused to replace a filling and insisted that I needed a root canal so he could put a crown on so he could make more money. I reluctantly had it done and now the tooth is destroyed and I will probably lose it. He tried again to tell me I needed a root canal and crown on another tooth so I went for a second opinion and ended up only needing a filling that I still have several years later. He just wanted to make money on the crown and he also had a terrible bedside manner.
Dr. Arias literally ruined my teeth. I had to get a 6 part bridge work done that I entrusted him to do. I had to go back multiple times because it kept breaking, nothing on the inner mouth was sealed correctly and every time I’d come in, he’d reseal it and the. It would break again. He even left that practice and moved to Ocala. I then drove all the way out to Ocala to have him try and fix it again & he did nothing. now, I’ve had 2 oral surgeries, 6 root canals &endless amounts of pain!
I just left the office and it was the Worst experience ever. I had an appointment for me and my wife i went first a Doctor Charles says curse word in fron of patients. Also if your insurance covers everything he dosent care he still wants to charge something because he wants the money

Very satisfied... took care of my problem as a new patient on very short notice (5/4/16). Very friendly, professional and the doc has great sense of humor. Thoroughly explained everything and answered all questions. I recommend this dental practice!
