The Worst dental office I've ever been too. My son had a crown put on by one of your dentists. Crown fell out, 11 mths after it was put on. They explained the previous dentist at the office hadn't put it on properly and they would have to do something different but i would have to pay for the new. Because it was out of warranty and we didn't come for a teeth cleaning that your office cancelled because the office was closed because of Covid. RecommendedFrom my very first call, I felt very comfortable and welcomed. I have very limited hours during the week to have myself taken care of and they were still able to schedule me very quickly. They spent a lot of time with me on my visit to discuss any and all issues and to make sure that I understood what was going on and why. Dr Meadows is my dentist now and she is doing a fantastic job making my whole mouth healthier and I did not have to sacrifice a tooth that I thought for sure needed to be extracted!! Don't come here! Dr. Meadows is a careless dentist that doesn't care for the overall well being of her clients. My mom was heavily infected after a root canal done by "Dr." Meadows. APRIL 13 2017 was the worst day of our lives and if we new that we would STILL be suffering financially and emotionally, we would have never come here in the first place. Please, please, please don't come here!!!! Save yourself the unwanted doctors bills and headaches. My mother had a root canal done by one of their Naples offices and afterwards contracted a serious infection that is still preventing her from fully opening her mouth. We have called and emailed and even gone and reminded the staff at Coast Dental of her condition and they just keep telling us the same thing. That they can't do anything about it. Refuses to Correct Fraudulent Billing Billing Problems; On November 1, 2013 I was fraudulently overcharged $531.08 of $1494.44 by the office manager, who lied about my insurance limits and the correct in-network MetLife-Tricare dental PPO fees. I have made dozens of attempts to correct their records without any honest cooperation from Coast. Discover Card Fraud Investigation unit agreed the charges were indeed fraudulent and removed $531.08 from Coast account and credited to mine. Coast continued to have inaccurate records a... read more

Pay As You Go - Don't Pay For Services in Advance I had to pay for services in advance in order for my treatments to commence - half way through it I had concerns and lost confidence in the dentist and work performed, terminated my relation and requested a refund of monies collected (not just pocket change) for future work and products. No amicable solution after two months, now filing complaints with customer friendly local and state agencies, and possibly starting litigation sooner than later. Not a business I recommend!
