I took my dad in for a simple extraction of a lower front tooth before having his dentures made. The dentist and his assistant verbally caught the whole time we were there! I felt sooo uncomfortable... I asked my dad about leaving and going else where- he was upset and just wanted to finish. My dad is elderly, handicapped, on oxygen, and in a wheel chair. The worst place I could have taken my father for false teeth! After 6 months of going back and forth with appointments to get the job finished they still don't fit. they finally promised a full refund a month ago and of course still no refund and can't get a return call. My father is 78 years old and this company has taken advantage of him at every turn. I have taken him to every visit and witnessed it all.

Unprofessional staff, treatment is poor. District management was contacted and I was told they'd help me find another Coast to finish treatment. I didn't hear back from them. I went to another dentist and was devastated to find out the condition Coast has left me in. It's going to cost me double the money pain and suffering to correct it all. Do NOT go to Coast Dental and if you do, you will get what you pay for.
Very poor service, I paid in advance and have to wait three months for dentures? Very poor communications, very poor service, lies.
