During a recent trip to Biloxi, I had a flat on the back of my Kawasaki Vulcan Cruiser and contacted this local dealer to see if they could help me out. I explained that I was away from home on a bike trip and could use some help with a flat tire. They advised that they were closing in 20 minutes (4 PM on Saturday) and they were not willing to have a mechanic stay late to help me out. They advised I should call them back on Monday.
