I tried booking this hotel for a local business event unsuccessful and was left feeling frustrated at the lack of support from the general manager Nur Lakhani. First when i contacted them i was asked to fill out an authorization form but it wanted my credit card details to be emailed back to them, which of course is not secure and an unrecomended practice in 2025. Our purpose for the stay was canceled due to wildfire smoke. When we tried to change the reservation to the next weekend the staff turned into A.I corporate robots stating cancelation policies. If the hotel was full or even close to being full I would absolutely understand, but it wasn't even close and I wasn't asking for a refund, just an date change.
